Welcome to Brightkidz Preschool Stanmore!
Our nursery features light-filled rooms tailored to each age group, including our cosy baby room which caters for children from 6 months old with a focus on sensory play and emotional comfort. Each learning space is equipped with age-appropriate resources that encourage curiosity, creativity and independence. Children enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor activities daily, including messy play, storytelling, role play, arts and crafts, and more. Our outdoor areas allow for nature-based learning, physical play and exploration.
We go beyond the standard nursery experience with a wide range of enriching extras such as yoga and sports, music and movement sessions, cooking, ICT lessons, and gardening. Children also enjoy regular trips to the local community and take part in themed events and cultural celebrations throughout the year.
Fresh, nutritious vegetarian meals are cooked on-site and served alongside healthy snacks. Our meals contain no eggs and are prepared with fresh ingredients to ensure children are well-nourished throughout the day.
With opening hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year, BrightKidz offers flexibility and continuity for busy families. We are here to support you and your child every step of the way.
Vinita - Stanmore Manager
With over 25 years in education, Vinita brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth and dedication to her role as Nursery Manager at BrightKidz. Holding a Master’s in Special Needs Education and a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, she is deeply passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported and inspired to learn.
Her hands-on experience across various roles — from practitioner to leadership — allows her to lead with confidence and compassion, while her ongoing studies in neuroscience reflect her commitment to understanding how children grow and thrive. Vinita is equally passionate about building strong partnerships with families and mentoring her team to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and education.
2025/2026 Fee Structure
We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm, for 51 weeks of the year (excluding bank holidays and public holidays), providing reliable and flexible childcare to suit your family's needs.

Our Menu
At Brightkidz, we are proud to offer a fully vegetarian menu that is both nutritious and exciting for young taste buds. Our meals are thoughtfully planned over a 4-week rotating menu, providing variety and balance while introducing children to a wide range of flavours and cultures.
We celebrate global cuisine by including dishes inspired by Indian, Italian, British, Mexican, Oriental, and Mediterranean traditions — all freshly prepared with healthy, child-friendly ingredients.
Please note that our setting is egg-free and nut-free, ensuring safety for all children with allergies and dietary needs. To add a little extra fun, we also have a ‘Treat Day’ every Friday, where we offer a special, balanced treat as part of the children’s meal.
