At Brightkidz Preschool, we have our very own strict Safeguarding and Welfare of children policy and procedure. This includes:

• All staff fully are trained and updated on Safegaurding and Welfare of children
• The nursery is locked at all times once children are inside.
• We have a “No mobile“ policy on nursery grounds
• All staff are full vetted and have up to date DBS
• All visitors must sign in and out and are accompanied at all times.
• Daily risk assessments are done by staff.

All our policies and procedures are available for all staff and parents to look at and read as they enter the nursery. These are regularly updated and signed and we ensure all staff members and volunteers read these.
